o Tell me about the experiences you’ve had with your present employer
that you feel are most valuable to you. What have you learned? How
would you propose to share the same experiences with those who will
work for you?
o Describe how your previous work experiences qualify you for the job
you’re seeking. Be specific.

• Fact Finding

o Describe a project that involved a good deal of fact finding. How did
you approach the task? In what ways did the fact-finding mission
contribute to the success of the project?
o Describe a time when you gathered facts from many different sources
to create something important. What forms of research did you use to
discover the facts that you needed? How did you organize your
search? What did the final product look like?

• Fairness

o Give me an example of a situation that involved absolute fairness in
dealing with a problem employee. What was involved in treating the
employee fairly? What extraordinary things did your commitment to
fairness cause you to do? What did fairness achieve?
o Relate a personal story about how you were treated unfairly by a
former employer. When did it occur? What was involved? How did that
treatment affect your attitude toward that employer?
