was there about it that you found enjoyable? What do you enjoy about
your present job?
o Tell me about the businessperson you most admire. What is it that this
person enjoys about his or her job? If you could create your dream
job, what elements would you include that would give you enjoyment?

• Enthusiasm

o Tell me of a time when you needed to motivate others. How did you do
it? What is the best way you’ve found to motivate others?
o Relate a personal story about a time when you simply couldn’t become
enthusiastic about a project or a task. Did you proceed in spite of your
lack of enthusiasm? Was the work completed successfully? How did
your lack of enthusiasm affect others?

• Ethics

o Tell me about a time when your personal ethics would not permit you
to obey the direction of a superior. How did you handle the situation?
What were the risks? What was the result?
o (Contrary evidence) What things do you consider unethical? Tell me
about a time when you’ve become aware that someone you knew
acted unethically in one of the ways you just described.
