For people who have experienced the positive results of mediation, yoga, deep breathing, stretching, chanting, or physical exercise as a way to clear their mind and relax, don’t be afraid to utilize these activities when you experience brainstormer’s block as a result of spending too much continuous time focusing on one thing.
When you’re experiencing brainstorm’s block, one of the worst things you can do is stop everything and sit around waiting for an idea to hit you. Instead of waiting around and doing nothing except agonizing over the fact you’re not getting anything done, implement different brainstorming techniques and try to approach the problem or situation from a totally different perspective.
