1.Appreciate all involved.

2.Separate from your story.

3.Contemplate, listening carefully.

4.Communicate truthfully.

• Notice your growing edges. How far are you able to go today? See yourself in a laboratory and objectively observe the effect of your efforts.

• Make the commitment to stick with the conflict. Simply holding the intention to stay with the journey until completion can have tremendous results.
